Refund policy

At R&S Fusion, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return & Exchange Period

We offer a 4-day return and exchange policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must contact us within 4 days of receiving your order.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).
  • Be free from damage caused after delivery.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personal care and beauty products that have been opened or used.
  • Health and hygiene products.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Gift cards (if applicable).
  • Clearance or final sale items.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • The wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by providing:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the product
  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


5. Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be transferred to your provided bank account or mobile wallet after verification.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund process to be completed after approval.


6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • A defective product
  • A damaged item
  • An incorrect order sent by us

R&S Fusion will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is requested for personal reasons (such as changing your mind or ordering the wrong item), the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.


7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and will fall under our Return & Refund Policy.
