We currently deliver across Pakistan.

If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, we may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive shipment updates through our courier partner.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order.

Please ensure that:

Failure to receive the package after multiple delivery attempts may result in the order being returned.


7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders within Pakistan.

Please ensure that the exact payment amount is available at the time of delivery whenever possible.


8. Delayed Deliveries

While we work with trusted courier services, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • High shipment volumes
  • Remote delivery locations

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

R&S Fusion is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

10. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or if you believe your package has been lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
